Must have an Active Secret Clearance.Duties and Responsibilities:The Contractor shall conduct periodic portfolio and investment reviews.Thecandidate shall lead the review by developing the agenda and presentation materials, reviewing all materials for quality and consistency, assisting stakeholders with material preparation, structured facilitation of the review, and recording the review minutes.Thecandidate shall be capable of reviewing portfolios on average once a month, and no less frequently than quarterly, to include the health of each portfolio in terms of a recommendation of what investments are needed.The candidate must have:Five or more yearsleading the development and delivery of Exhibit 300 reporting materials,including coordination with stakeholdersFive or more years supporting the management of information stored within the designated systemand investment reporting systems (e.g., APMS, DCIMS, ADCCP Tool, ACART, SNaP:IT, etc.).Five or more years supporting development, assessment, review, and delivery of the required investment documents. Investment documents include, but not limited to, Goal One Waivers (G1W), Other Procurement Authorization (OPA) spend plan, business case analysis (BCA), cost benefit analyses (CBA), and justification and approvals (J and A). The volume of investment documents varies greatly, but the Contractor shall be capable of delivering an average of 15documents per month, with a maximum of 25 documents per month.Expert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff as well as clientsFive or more years of experience in Army, DoD, or ICShall possess at the time of award, and retain, an active Secret security clearance eligibility and DoDD xxxx Level II certificationBachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experienceThis is a full:time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
