iOS app for Children's Book design 8 screens (Newport News) - Outsource.com (Newport News, VA) in Newport News, Virginia For Sale

I am looking for an experienced iOS application designer to design approx 8 screens. Please send me your portfolio. I would prefer if you had experience in children's apps design, but any examples of your past experience will be helpful. I have had two cartoon characters designed for the app. You will need to incorporate them into the design of the screens. I am open to a little bit of animation if it doesn't increase the cost too much.
I will also need an icon designed, preferably using the characters.
