Auto req ID xxxx8BR Job Title Plant IE Intern Country United States Posting Location Newport News, VA Job Description Project Intern will be working on: Developing technical instructions for new equipment in the GHP2 Pump housing machining center Not to exceed 6 months, Project Description and Objective (Include what the Intern will be learning): Working with Production machinist and technical staff to obtain information on how to start up, operate and shut down state of the art metal removing equipment. Outcome of Project (Goals of what the intern should accomplish): The goal is to have a set of instructions for the Schutte, Chiron , Stoba and washers that the operators can follow for daily use and to train new employees. Job RequirementsTechnical writing preferred, able to communicate well with engineering staff and operators, punctual.
