Must have an Active Secret Clearance.Responsibilities:Thecandidate shall develop and deliver processes in support of the clients mission.Thecandidate shall provide process engineers and conduct meetings, working groups, and workshops in order to develop processes. The scope and scale of the processes varies and is not known at this time.Thecandidate shall be capable of developing and delivering an average of 10 processes per month, up to a maximum of 20 processes per year.Thecandidate shall be capable of supporting an annual 10 growth in processes that must be developed.Expert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff as well as clientsRequirements:Three or more yearsdeveloping and delivering process training materials. The training materials shall provide both broad and in:depth training on the processes, the plan, and the implementation.Three or more years conducting training sessions for processes. Training sessions will average 2:4 hours each. The Contractor deliver an average of 2 training sessions per month, with a maximum of 4 training sessions per month. The Contractor shall be capable of supporting an annual increase in training sessions of one training session per month.Three or more years of experience in Army, DoD, or ICShall possess at the time of award, and retain, an active Secret security clearance eligibility and DoDD xxxx Level II certificationBachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experienceThis is a full:time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
