The ideal candidate must have a minimum two years experience inbookkeeping and tax preparation along with theirdegree in accounting: - Knowledgeof general ledger procedures and financial/accounting practices; -Reconciliation of Trial Balance for tax preparation; - Input andReconciliation of client Bookkeeping and Payroll; - Must have experience with QuickBooks/CSPractice/Ultra Tax; -Real EstateAccounting experience a plus - Strong analytical, organizational andcommunication skills; - Strongknowledge of federal and state regulations. - Excellent verbal and written communicationskills; - Ability to work with minimalsupervision; - Must be professional, dependable andreliable.
