We have obtained the domain and hosting with HostGator and this website is created for OWNERS that want to sell their apartment complexes. We need a SQL/Gravity Forms type back-end (lead capture ) with a monthly auto responder email for a 6 month follow up campaign (Mail Chimp). The back-end database can be created in Gravity Forms and should be easy to manage in office and will have some simple math formulas to calculate net profits (Apartment complex gross income - Expenses = Net operating income). We will be doing a simple 3 page website and it should be MobileWeb compatible, search engine optimized, color scheme attached (via business card/Neon Blue & Black).
The website MUST communicate extreme wealth, trust worthy, credible, professional, assortment of different types of pictures of apartment complexes from old to brand new, business suits shaking hands, with video content linked to YouTube.com

We would like to use Gravity Forms for the Squeeze page and our simple 5 step submission process. This 5 step process will take sellers through a 5 part submission of their apartment complex. The data collected will be used to create formulas that will tell us if it is a buy or not. Their is about 80-100 text boxes that require information from the seller. We will then use a auto-responder email campaign (mail-chimp) to auto respond for 6 months (1 letter per month) The developer will have to deliver this simple website ready to work and the office staff should be able to use it with little to no knowledge of web.
