Hi there! My name is Erin. I'm 24 and an interior design major at Radford University. I'm very laid back and I usually keep to myself. I like to bake, paint, and sew. I'm open to all types of people and I do not condone faith based hate/racist/sexist behavior. I like to keep common areas clean and trash free. There is no dishwasher in the unit, just rubber gloves and a sponge! The unit is fully furnished minus your bedroom. Bathroom is shared. I drink sometimes and smoke sometimes, so I don't care if you do regularly as long as it doesn't affect our living arrangement (smoke smell & drunk damage) If you need to borrow something, just ask, I'm usually happy to oblige. I'm looking for someone 21+ as I will not be liable if you're underage and drinking illegally. I want to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for both of us! Thanks for looking! $335 per month, water and trash included. Gas, electric, and wifi will be split. (I do not know exact costs of utilities yet but they should not be too much)
