Manage project scope and customer expectations. Plan and organize the work of the team and ensure that accepted project methodology, techniques, tools and solutions are being followed. Monitor and report on project status and determines, monitors, and reports on project status. Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with the customer, project managers and team members. Ensure the successful implementation of assigned projects through the entire project lifecycle. Deliver quality products on time and within budget. Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
